Before work starts

If you cancel before we start work on your project, we refund your payment in full.

Website projects

Once design work has started, the part of the work already done is not refundable. We include revisions so you are happy with the result.

Monthly services (ads and creatives)

Monthly services can be cancelled before the next billing month starts. The current month already paid is not refundable, as the work is in progress.

Ad spend

Money spent on ads is paid to Meta and cannot be refunded by us.
